Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original shipping crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for home collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item for condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
